What is the difference between "private" and "natural" to complete an acoustic guitar?

I wonder what is the difference between "private" and "natural" to complete an acoustic guitar, because I'm buying my 1st guitar, but I do know what is the difference and that we expect the best. Descriptions?

I think the term is always natural satin - a whole sentence and not one or the other. It is not fair to say that wood is pale lacquer? Remember, it is more important how the guitar sounds like what it look! If this is the first time and can not play so well, without, however, ask the store to play the guitar to you and listen carefully as they sound. Good luck!
