What is the best type of battery to meet?

I have no idea on a good brand of battery or whatever, I help them out?

Depending on your dedication. I say go with something that will give you the experience and skills. Go find a music shop and test some of these brands. You find something that connects with you. Remember, before you can follow the rock!
