How can I wash the hand to hand wool shrink?

I recently bought a shrug and wool hand say that only part of the laundry. After the door to this club a couple of times, it became ... mature. I do not damage the laundry wrong. What is the best way to wash hands? I do not have enough money to buy clothes or bags of clothes to put on I ignore that during the wash. So it should be a good easy way to wash something.
