What about young black belts?

There is a small black belt in my club, and although it is very good in the technical field, spends most of the class to walk around and show. What are your views on this subject? Do you think it should be given junior black belt, or are too immature? What is the case in your dojo?

The only way for me to accept JR Black Belt is legitimate or if proved once more to ensure that adults who are a bb and have the wisdom to go with him.
